Pie Crust (makes Large Batch)

5 Cups Flour
1 Lb Shortening
3 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tbsp Vinegar And 1 Egg In A 1 Cup Measuring
Cup. Fill Cup With Water.

Heat oven to 425 F
Mix As Normal Pie Crust Recipe.
Great For Meat Pies.
