CHERRY BALL SURPRISE


1 SMALL BOTTLE OF DRAINED CHERRIES
1/2 CUP BUTTER; SOFT
1 1/2 CUP ICING SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA OR ALMOND EXTRACT
1 1/2 CUP FINE COCONUT OR CRUSHED GRAHAM WAFERS

***  FOR EVEN CREAMIER TEXTURE; ADD A BIT OF SOFT
CREAM CHEESE ***

MIX BUTTER; ICING SUGAR AND VANILLA/ALMOND.

CUT CHERRIES INTO HALVES OR QUARTERS.

ROLL DOUGH AROUND CHERRIES AND ROLL BALLS IN
COCONUT OR GRAHAM WAFERS
