FRIED CLAMS BATTER


1 EGG
1/2 CUP CLAM JUICE
1/4 CUP MILK
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
SALT TO TASTE

MIX EGG; CLAM JUICE AND MILK TOGETHER.
THEN ADD FLOUR; BAKING POWDER AND SALT.
MIX WELL.
