SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS


HAMBURGER
ONION; GRATED
SALT AND PEPPER
CELERY SALT

SAUCE:
1 CUP KETCHUP
30 ML VINEGAR
90 ML BROWN SUGAR
15 ML WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
WATER(IF MIXTURE IS TOO THICK)

350 F
ROLL MEAT MIXTURE INTO BALLS; PLACE ON SHALLOW
COOKIE SHEET.  COOK FOR 1/2 HOUR IN OVEN.

SAUCE:
MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER IN POT.  BRING TO BOIL
AND SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES.

ADD MEATBALLS AND SERVE WITH RICE.
