BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
SALT          ***** ALL INGREDIENTS ARE MEASURED
PEPPER                TO TASTE *****
SAVORY
CELERY SALT
PARSLEY
GINGER
CHICKEN BROTH AND OYSTER SAUCE

FRY FIRST 4 INGREDIENTS IN OLIVE OIL UNTIL COOKED.

POUND CHICKEN BREASTS UNTIL FLAT AND TENDER.
ADD TO VEGETABLES AND FRY UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWNED.

ADD A BIT OF SALT; PEPPER; CELERY SALT; PARSLEY;
GINGER AND SAVORY TO TAST.

ADD CHICKEN BROTH AND OYSTER SAUCE.  SIMMER FOR AB
ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND THEN THICKEN WITH CORN STARCH
OR FLOUR.
