GATEAU AU CHOCOLAT PERFECTION

2 1/4 CUPS FLOUR
6 TBSP COCOA
2 TSP SODA
1/2 TSP SALT
3/4 CUP BUTTER
2 1/2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR (NOT PACKED)
3 EGGS
1/2 CUP SOUR MILK OR BUTTER MILK
2 TSP VANILLA
1/2 TSP ALMOND EXTRACT
1 CUP BOILING WATER

350 F
MIX AS A NORMAL CAKE; ADDING WATER LAST.

MIXTURE SHOULD BE RUNNY.

BAKE FOR 45-50 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED.
