PIZZA DOUGH


1 PKG YEAST (1 TBSP)
1 CUP WARM WATER
2 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
2 TBSP OIL (OLIVE/VEGETABLE)
1 TSP SUGAR
1 TSP SALT

425 F
DISSOLVE YEAST IN WATER IN MEDIUM BOWL.
STIR IN THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS.

BEAT VIGOROUSLY 20 TIMES.
LET REST 5 MINUTES.

MAKES 2 SMALL PIZZAS
